MINDFUL BODY is a music-driven, holistic body & mind workout experience. It is a safe space to be, feel and fully surrender into what is. It combines the positive aspects of yoga such as balance and flexibility with strength and meditation. Intensive cardio, breath practices and meditation give you the feeling of relief and refreshment. The class was founded 2017 by Verena Stefenelli.

Mindful Body

Mindful Body is all about you. It's a space just for you, free from judgment. There is no right or wrong in Mindful Body. This full-body workout fuses elements of HIIT, yoga, pilates and meditation into one class. It strengthens your body with kindness. It helps you to tighten your body and is also an opportunity to go into yourself and let go what no longer serves you. Mindful Body is a tool to reduce stress, free yourself from negative beliefs and make space for all the good in life. Move into happiness!

Mindful Body Restore

Mindful Body Restore is a softer and shorter version of the original class. It’s also music-driven and combines exercises from Pilates and yoga as well as from the yin and restorative yoga field. However, unlike the original class, the heart rate is only increased once in Mindful Body Restore. The goal is to softly strengthen the body, to feel, to be, to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and fall into a deep relaxation. It supports you to recharge your batteries for all areas of your life.
