We are Nathalie and Olivia and we founded MINDFUL EMBODIMENT. Our concept is a fusion of Mindful Body and Embodied Vinyasa. Our classes combine the fast and the slow, the loud and the quiet, the strong and the soft and everything in between. We have formed Mindful Embodiment for you to create a space where you can focus entirely on yourself. It's your me-time on the mat. So often, we try to please everyone else, to fit in, just not to be a nuisance. And that's exactly why we need spaces like Mindful Embodiment. Where you can go deeper, dive deeper into your true self. To let go of whatever needs to be let go of. To feel yourself. To reconnect. And to make peace with yourself.
